Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP has significant experience representing chapter 7 and 11 trustees and chapter 11 plan trustees (sometimes referred to as litigation trustees or liquidation trustees) in a variety of different types of complex, commercial bankruptcy proceedings.  We have provided a wide range of representation to trustees, including matters involving in the sale of bankruptcy estate assets, litigation involving the recovery of estate assets, investigations concerning the financial condition of the debtor, investigations and prosecutions of avoidance actions, defense of stay relief motions, turnover proceedings, discharge denials and revocation, objections to claims, and the preparation of Trustee Final Reports (TFRs) and Trustee Final Account and Distribution Reports (TDRs).  Trustees have also engaged BKLW attorneys to act as special counsel to pursue a variety of tort, contract, statutory, and other types of claims under non-bankruptcy law.
