Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP is proud to announce the addition of attorney Ryan V. Fraser to the firm’s practice. Ryan is an accomplished trial attorney and appellate specialist who has successfully defended his clients and secured dismissals in dozens of high-stakes criminal cases.

Ryan exemplifies BKLW’s thoroughness and creativity in achieving our clients’ goals. As a criminal defense attorney, Ryan tried multiple cases to juries and successfully negotiated alternative sentencing dispositions in cases of fraud, smuggling and other offenses. 

“Ryan has had an immediate impact in only a short time at the firm,” said Partner John Littrell.  “His rare combination of tenacity, creativity, and intellectual depth will give our clients an edge in high-stakes litigation for many years to come.” 

Ryan spent six years as a federal defender in San Diego where he honed his litigation skills and argued multiple appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He also gained significant experience while clerking three years for a United States District Judge in the Northern District of Indiana.

He earned a fellowship in law and economics while completing his J.D. at Berkeley Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is holds departmental honors in international economics from Georgetown University and is fluent in Spanish and German.
