Partners Whitney Bernstein and Tony Bisconti of Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP have once again been selected for the Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars list. This honor is bestowed on no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the region.

Whitney, an aggressive litigator focusing on white collar criminal defense and high-stakes civil litigation, joins the Rising Stars list for the third time since entering the private sector in 2018. Tony, an experienced trial attorney specializing in bankruptcy, complex civil, and insolvency matters, has been named Rising Star for eight consecutive years.
