Bernstein was chosen to serve as a Lawyer Representative for the Southern District of California.  Lawyer Representatives are members of the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference who are chosen by the District Court with the input of local bar associations.  In announcing Whitney’s selection, the judges indicated that they were very impressed by her qualifications.  Whitney is honored to serve as an alternative for the upcoming year.  BKLW is glad to have such a talented and highly regarded attorney on its team to provide outstanding representation to our clients.
