On the bankruptcy front, BKLW represented the liquidating trustee of one of the largest health systems in California seeking more than $60 million in fraudulent transfers made to the health system’s former management company. The matter resolved favorably through mediation. Additionally, BKLW helped a leading manufacturer and global distributor of health supplements recover 100% on its multi-million dollar claim in the bankruptcy of a supplement supplier.
