Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP is pleased to welcome Olivia Weber to the firm. Olivia focuses her practice on complex civil litigation disputes and has handled litigation at every stage, including pre-complaint investigation, trial, and appeal. She litigates high stakes cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Olivia has represented clients in bringing and defending copyright and patent law actions, breach of contract and licensing disputes, and unfair competition and antitrust claims, among others. In a recent victory, Olivia helped obtain a complete dismissal with prejudice at the pleadings stage for clients sued in a novel federal antitrust case brought by two tech-giant plaintiffs, while also securing a stay of the plaintiff’s aggressive discovery efforts while the motion to dismiss was pending. Olivia then represented the clients on appeal and helped secure a memorandum disposition affirming the district court’s dismissal.

Olivia also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration asylum applications, quiet title, adoption proceedings, and breach of contract and specific performance claims.

“We are thrilled to have Olivia join the firm,” commented BKLW partner Michael Williams. “Her background in complex, bet-the-company litigation adds even greater depth to BKLW’s litigation practice and enhances our ability to efficiently deliver the best possible results for our clients.”

Olivia graduated summa cum laude from the UC Irvine School of Law. She then served as a law clerk to the Hon. Christina A. Snyder of the US District Court for the Central District of California and the Hon. Morgan B. Christen of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining BKLW, Olivia practiced in the litigation group at Irell & Manella LLP.
