Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP is happy to announce the addition of attorney Alexis Paschedag Federico to the firm’s practice. Alexis is a passionate litigator and appellate attorney experienced in complex civil litigation and criminal defense and investigations.

Alexis has successfully represented clients in various complex litigation disputes including class action, licensing, and contract disputes and has secured favorable settlements, including an eight-figure recovery in insurance coverage matters. She has represented high-profile clients, including a major medical manufacturer and a Fortune 100 company, and has served as counsel in contest and settlement matters against large companies like PG&E.

“We’re delighted that Alexis has joined the firm,” said Partner Tom Bienert. “Her inspirational background of service, experience making decisions during military operations, and extensive work in complex litigation make her a unique person from whom all of us can learn. She will be a terrific advocate for the firm’s clients.”

Alexis earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she graduated summa sum laude and served as staff editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. She gained experience as a judicial extern in the California Fourth District Court of Appeals.

A former helicopter pilot and instructor for the United State Marine Corps, Alexis is active in the veteran community. She serves on the OC Veterans Advisory Council as liaison and advocate for veterans’ issues. During her military service, Alexis was named Aviator of the Year for her group and was presented with the Corps’ Exceptional Pilot Award.
