Miriah Edwards is a paralegal who assists attorneys in a wide range of complex civil litigation and criminal cases in state and federal courts.  She is involved in cases involving issues such as false claims actions, money laundering, mail fraud, violation of the anti-kickback statute, complex business disputes and employment litigation involving wrongful termination.  Among other things, she assists attorneys with discovery including witness interviews, research on potential government witnesses, and preparing extensive timelines in preparation for trial.

Prior to joining Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP in 2019, Miriah worked as a litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm that specialized in construction defect and business law serving contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, developers, property owners, and design professionals.

Miriah graduated from San Jose State University with her Bachelor of Science, where she was a Dean’s Scholar, a member of Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society, a recipient of a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Community Service and a member of the Record Clearance Project.
