Elizabeth Garcia is a paralegal who assists attorneys with complex civil litigation, bankruptcy and criminal defense matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP, Elizabeth worked as a litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm that specialized in a wide range of general and complex civil cases including real estate, business, personal injury, medical malpractice, corporate transactional, probate and trust administration. Elizabeth employs her legal background and her strong attention to detail to perform legal research, document review, and trial preparation for the firm.
Elizabeth graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, where she was a recipient of a Diversity Leadership Scholarship and member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
